Login troubleshooting
1. What is your browser version? :
In the menu bar, click
on "?", next "tools" and select "About Internet Explorer".
2. Modifying
security/privacy settings:
- For Internet
Explorer 6:
Select menu "Tools" then "Internet Options". In the appearing
window, click on the "Security" tab.
Select "Internet" zone icon and click on "Custom level".
Scroll down the list to "Cookies". Select "Activate"
Restart your browser.
Try to log in again.
- For Internet
Explorer 6 and above:
Select menu "Tools" then "Internet
Options". In the appearing window, click on the "Privacy" tab.
Set the cursor on the "Low" position.
Click on OK.
Restart your browser.
